Biography
Kerrie began her career at our firm in 1998 and was appointed as the firm’s practice manager in 2001.
Kerrie completed her Bachelor of Business (majoring in accounting) in 2010. Her vast experience and expertise in practice management saw her being appointed as a director of the firm in 2021.
Kerrie’s role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the firm across all practice areas and the wellbeing of our staff across all our offices in Myrtleford, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Bright, Shepparton and our visiting office in Mt Beauty.
Throughout the challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kerrie was instrumental in assisting in the smooth transitions to remote working on several occasions, including for staff who had to be in isolation. Kerrie’s hard work, positive attitude and efficiency has enabled the firm to continue delivering excellent services to clients uninterrupted by the new and extreme challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Kerrie’s diligence in guiding and informing the staff of the health and safety rules has protected the staff’s wellbeing during an extremely challenging time, which in turn also protected their families, clients and the community.
In her 20-year career at the firm, Kerrie has seen and become a part of the progressive development of the firm, including the shift from all-male principal solicitors from its establishment.
Kerrie’s hard work and loyalty to the firm will ensure that the firm continues to service our local North East and Goulburn Valley communities for many years to come.
Kerrie is a bona fide Myrtleford local, having been born in Wangaratta and moving to Myrtleford as a two year old, Kerrie remains living in Myrtleford with her family. Kerrie enjoys travelling locally and around Australia.
Kerrie is based in Myrtleford office, and attends other offices on a regular basis.
