Dallas was first employed at Nevin Lenne Gross in 2007 as a receptionist and then legal assistant. During her 13 years at the firm Dallas commenced studying a Bachelor of Laws through Deakin University.

In 2020, Dallas relocated to Darwin, working as the Executive Assistant to the Associate Justice of the Northern Territory Supreme Court. She was admitted to practice in 2021 and subsequently joined a Darwin law firm, gaining experience across a broad range of matters including Motor Accidents Compensation (MAC),Workers Compensation, breach of contract, probate and letters of administration and enforcement of debts.

Dallas returned to Nevin Lenne Gross in June 2025. She currently works predominantly in the NSW personal injury department, whilst providing assistance in the Victorian personal injury and family law teams, enforcement of debts and general disputes.

Dallas is an empathetic solicitor committed to achieving practical and positive outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Dallas enjoys DIY projects, kayaking, bike-riding, traveling and spending time with her family.
