Biography

Veronica practices exclusively in family law and understands that family law disputes are often deeply personal and emotionally challenging for clients.

Veronica provides her client with logical and realistic advice to assist them to move forward with their lives after a relationship breakdown. Veronica’s clients appreciate her attentive, direct and pragmatic approach to achieve the best and most cost-effective outcomes for her clients, in property and parenting matters.

Her previous practice in personal injury law, commercial law and class action has provided Veronica with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Veronica is experienced in a wide range of family law matters, including complex property disputes and financial arrangements involving trusts, commercial issues, farming properties and high-net asset pools, as well as dealing with modest asset pools and spousal maintenance.

When acting for clients in parenting matters, Veronica ensures that the best interest of the parties’ children are the primary consideration in issues such as spending time with children, parental alienation, relocations and family violence.

Veronica is focused in achieving the best possible outcome for her clients through negotiations. If the disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, Veronica’s knowledge and experience assists her clients in the efficient running of their court cases.

Veronica was admitted to practice in New South Wales and joined Nevin Lenne Gross in 2006 as an associate solicitor before becoming a principal of the firm in 2013.

Veronica has a strong interest in human rights law. In 2016, Veronica was a joint recipient of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Access to Justice Award.

Veronica is based in our Wodonga office and also attends our other offices for client appointments.
