Do I need to visit an NLG office in person, or do you offer virtual appointments?

We offer flexible options. While we welcome clients at our local offices, we also provide secure telephone and video consultations (via Zoom or Teams) for your convenience.

What should I bring to my first appointment at an NLG office?

Please bring or email us the documents that you think are relevant (relevant documents might include a contract, claim form, medical report, or court notice). We also usually need 100 points of ID (e.g., driver's license and Medicare card).

Are your regional offices wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our primary regional offices are designed to be accessible. Please let our reception team know of any specific accessibility requirements when booking.

Do you offer "No Win, No Fee" consultations at all office locations?

Yes, our "No Win, No Fee" arrangements for eligible personal injury and compensation claims are available to clients across all locations, including Wodonga, Wangaratta, and Shepparton.
